General Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility:
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.
- Sale items and customized, made-to-order, or made-to-measure items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Initiating a Return or Exchange:
- Contact us at support@vicunathreads.com within 24 hours of receiving your product.
- Provide your order number and details of the issue with the product.

Return Process:
- We will attempt to arrange a pickup from your registered address. If a pickup is not possible, you will need to ship the product back to us.
- Send the courier receipt to support@vicunathreads.com for reimbursement of shipping costs (up to ₹150) in the form of store credits.
- Upon receiving the product, it will be inspected by our Quality Checking team.
- If approved, we will issue store credits equal to the product value or exchange the product for your desired size.

Exchange Conditions:
- Products can be exchanged once.
- The availability of the replacement product is subject to stock availability on our website.

Store Credits:
- Store credits will be issued only after the product is received and validated.
- Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges for returned items are not refundable.

Handling and Care:
- Follow the care instructions provided with the product to avoid damage.
- We are not responsible for damage due to improper care, such as washing a dry-clean-only item.
International Orders
- Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, email a photo of the damaged product to support@vicunathreads.com within 24 hours of delivery.
